THE first two episodes of Welcome to Wrexham have been revealed ahead of the second season launch next week.

The hit docu-series is coming back to Disney+ in the UK on Wednesday, September 12 and will cover the trials and tribulations of Wrexham's second full season under the ownership of Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney.

Season one of Welcome to Wrexham had an outstanding effect on the growth of the football club, creating a global audience and engaging fans in America, Australia and New Zealand to name a few.

The first season ended in heartbreak at the Racecourse as Grimsby knocked Wrexham out of the play-offs in the 2021/22 season.

We all know how season two is likely to end, following the record-breaking National League title win, but what else will feature?

Ahead of the release next week, the titles and a synopsis of episodes one and two have been released, to give fans a teaser.

Episode One is named 'Welcome Back to Wrexham' - "A new football season begins as the town, the team and owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney prepare to welcome King Charles III."

Given King Charles III didn't visit Wrexham until December, there is likely to be a round-up of what went on between May and then, but no doubt fans will be kept up to speed.

Episode Two: 'The Quiet Zone' - "Wrexham striker Paul Mullin tackles challenges on and off the pitch; introducing Wrexham superfan Millie Tipping."

The second episode looks set to highlight the work of the club and star man Paul Mullin in supporting Autism.

OTHER NEWS:

The club has a sensory area in the stand - the quiet zone and Mullin has been very active in promoting the charity YourSpace after his son Albi was diagnosed with Autism.

While it hasn't officially been confirmed, the release schedule is likely to be similar to last year, with two episodes being released a week.
