A MAN has lost his licence and received a fine for driving whilst banned in Flintshire.
Carl Bendall, of Cranmoor Green in Pilning, South Gloucestershire, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Thursday.
The 38-year-old had previously admitted offences of driving whilst disqualified, using a motor vehicle without insurance and speeding.

Prosecutor Rhian Jackson told the court that on November 12 last year, a vehicle heading along the A494 Westbound at Deeside Industrial Park was observed travelling at 70 miles per hour - the limit being 50.
The vehicle was hired to a company based in Gloucestershire, which nominated one of their employees - Bendall - as the driver at the time.
When spoken to, the defendant confirmed that he had been the one behind the wheel.
It turned out he was disqualified at the time, having been given a six month driving ban by Avon and Somerset Magistrates Court in August 2022, and uninsured.

Probation officer Tracey Flavell told the court Bendall - a builder and a dad-of-three - claimed he had not been aware of the disqualification at the time, but "accepts he should have known."
Representing himself at the hearing, the defendant said: "I am completely guilty - I committed a crime and I do apologise.
"I wasn't aware at the time. I had difficulties."
District Judge Gwyn Jones handed down a £500 fine for driving whilst banned and ordered Bendall to pay a further £150 fine for having no insurance.
He must also pay a £200 victim surcharge and was banned from driving for six months.
