THE much-loved classic Robin Hood promises a joyous theatre experience like no other as it visits Holywell, Flintshire.
The award-winning Illyria Outdoor Theatre is set to visit Greenfield Valley with an action-packed production of Robin Hood this summer.
The event will take place at Greenfield Valley Heritage Park on August 5, at 5pm.
Oliver Gray, artistic director, said: "This will be the third time Illyria has entertained local audiences.
"Illyria has performed top notch outdoor theatre for more than 30 years and we’re delighted to visit Greenfield Valley again this year.”
Greenfield Valley is pleased to welcome Illyria back for another outdoor production.
For over 30 years, Illyria has had a simple mission: to create outstandingly enjoyable outdoor theatre and make it available for everyone.
They have performed for more than a million people and this year, will perform Twelfth Night, Pride and Prejudice and Robin Hood at open-air venues.
Brenda Harvey, chair, Greenfield Valley Trust, said: “We’re all feeling the need to blow off some steam and get together with our loved ones. Enjoying entertainment outdoors is the perfect way to do that.
“Robin Hood is a swashbuckling adventure for the whole family. It promises laughter, mischief, and mayhem.”
