SPONSORS of a flagship fundraising event in Wrexham this weekend have been thanked for their fantastic support.

The Midnight Walk brings together hundreds of people from across the community, all there for different reasons, but united by one cause, to raise funds for patient care.

Starting at midnight on Saturday, June 24, from Llwyn Isaf, Wrexham, supporters will walk along a designated route around the town, lighting up the streets with glow merchandise.

This year, walkers can choose either a 10k or 5k route, both of which will be manned by hospice volunteers, encouraging participants along the way.
