"My passion is creating events and experiences to offer more than just your day to day shopping but a memorable moment for our customers. That's what brings people back to our stores time and time again. It's then when we can start to build relationships and get to know the community and its locals so we can bring our events to you, to your workplace, your area!"

Alex has worked for Lush since 2015 and started as a seasonal sales assistant in Lush Bury.

The Lush Broughton retail experience highlights categories of iconic Lush inventions from the 1980s, including the shampoo bar and the bath bomb, as well as a section with an array of ethical gifts and Knot Wraps. Services, such as bespoke Lush skincare consultations or booking a popular Lush Party will be available in the shop.

Alan Pruden-Barker, centre manager at Broughton, added: "It's really exciting that Lush has chosen Broughton for the opening of its first store in North Wales. The new store will be a great addition to the growing range of beauty and wellness brands we already have here at the centre, and I have no doubt that it will be a huge hit with our visitors."
