BARCLAYS has announced the location of their new 'local site' in Mold.
The news comes after the bank announced earlier this year that its branch situated on the High Street in Mold will close its doors on Friday, June 30.
The decision, which was met with anger from residents and local MP, Rob Roberts who admitted he was 'disappointed' with the move.
Barclays moved quickly to reassure customers that they would maintain a presence in the town by introducing a 'pop-up' cashless site to ensure there is still in-person support in Mold.

The new local site has now been confirmed by the branch as being in Mold Library and will operate on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
A post on their social media channels read: "We’ve got a NEW local site coming soon. Find us in Mold Library, every Monday and Thursday 9am -5pm and every Saturday 9am-1pm.
"We can’t wait to share more details in the coming days. Watch this space."
More details are expected to be announced in due course as the High Street branch gears up for closure in under three weeks' time.
