A WREXHAM company has continued its support of grassroots sports in a larger than life and creative way.
With Wrexham AFC and their success in the global spotlight, the feeling of community spirit and positivity it has generated has highlighted the benefits of grassroots sports and leisure, and the importance it plays in people’s lives.

Not all sports clubs can attract high profile owners, and often local businesses step up and support these clubs and associations with sponsorships, gifts and donations, as well as giving much valued time and expertise to ensure their success.
In Wrexham alone there are more than 70 registered sports clubs and many more groups working and supporting the community, and many businesses from the area providing support to them.

Family-owned Wrexham company C&M Transport are long-term supporters of regional level sports.
Now celebrating more than 20 years of business and many in sponsorship of local clubs such as Wrexham Rugby Club, Valkries Girls rugby, Mcgowan racing team and many more, the haulage company has made a bold change to one of its fleet.

They have introduced a bespoke trailer that will tour the country behind their fleet of refrigerated vehicles, showcasing the range of clubs and young people they have supported
C&M Transport owner, Chris Williams, said: “As our company has grown, we have increased our support for local sports and community clubs, we have never asked for or received any recognition for the hard work our team do, so we thought that as our vehicles carry products all over the UK and into Europe on behalf of many high profile customers, it would be an opportunity to celebrate our team's commitment to the community."
