RYAN REYNOLDS was given a true 'Welcome to Wrexham' moment during the club's title-winning celebrations - as a fan passed him a beer.

Over 40,000 people turned up to give both the men and women's teams - and Ryan and fellow co-chairman Rob McElhenney - a hero's welcome on Tuesday, May 2.

The parade was in recognition of both teams' achievements this season and fans were very keen to celebrate with their heroes.

As predicted, both Rob and Ryan joined in with the party - with the latter in particular having a moment to savour among the fans.

Amid the celebrations, Ryan took to his social media pages to write: "The first Tuesday in May. What an unforgettable evening in Wrexham celebrating both @wrexham_afc and @wrexhamafcwomen gaining promotion and winning their leagues. BONKERS ⚔️❤️⚔️"

However, he also posted a video of one fan passing him a can of San Miguel beer, which can be watched via his Instagram page below ...

As he partied alongside the Wrexham women's team, the Deadpool star reached down and accepted the gift from the cheeky fan who had passed it up towards the bus.

Ryan was then all smiles as he turned the phone camera back towards his face.

We think there might just be a few sore heads about today!
