A MOLD salon owner says she is 'thrilled' to be shortlisted at the UK Hair and Beauty Awards 2023.

Eyelicious Brow, Lash and Skin Clinic, located on Earl Road has been nominated as finalists in two categories including "Best for Brows" and "Beauty Therapist of the Year".

Owner Michelle Williams said: "I’ve had my own business since 2010 and I moved into my own clinic space on Earl Road during the pandemic after previously renting space on the high street.

"Nothing was getting in my way of my plans! Not even covid.

"Over the last three years I’ve worked tirelessly to bring the very best clinic into Mold, the salon looks incredible and my reviews speak for themself on Google."

It isn't Eyelicious' first time being up for awards as the clinic saw success in both 2020 and 2021.

The 41-year-old added: "I first entered into awards in 2020 where I won 'Brow Lamination Specialist 2020' at the KBH Awards.

"In 2021 I picked up a further five awards at The British Hair and Beauty Awards where I won the 'Brow Specialist of the Year, Gold Award' for Wales and was then crowned a national winner for the 'Brow Specialist of the Year' category.

"I also added the 'Self Employed Individual of the Year, Gold Award', 'Skin Specialist of the Year, Silver Award' and 'Excellence in Customer Service, Silver Award'  for Wales to my trophy cabinet.

"All the hard work over the last few years has now paid off, even in a global pandemic.

"I’m truly blessed to have such amazing and supportive clients, I’m truly thankful and blessed."

The highly anticipated awards ceremony will take place at the Aloft Eastside Hotel in Birmingham on Friday, April 21 and Saturday, April 22, with Eyelicious set to learn their outcome on the Friday.
