A MAN caught on camera fighting in the street in the early hours of the morning has been fined.
Michael Shaw, of Vale View in Southsea appeared at Wrexham Magistrates Court on Monday.
The 23-year-old admitted that on January 7, he used threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Wrexham.
Prosecutor Molly Rumsey told the court that at around 3.45am on the day, CCTV operatives alerted police to a disturbance involving the defendant and another person.
He was involved in what "appeared to be a pre-arranged fight," and was seen to throw punches, as well as pushing the defendant against metal railings.

After a minute or two, during which both parties rolled around on the floor, they shook hands.
Shaw committed the offence seven months into a 12 month suspended sentence, Ms Rumsey added.
Victoria Handley, defending, said: "It wasn't a pre-arranged fight.
"It was two people in a club, one getting on the other's nerves.
"The issues spilled out into an alleyway and a fight ensued."
She added that the other person involved in the fight had been dealt with by way of an out-of-court disposal, adding: "He is due to start work as a joiner very shortly.
"And he's come from a good family who are disappointed to see him in trouble yet again."

Ms Handley said her client had voluntarily identified himself in CCTV and owned up to his part in the incident.
The court extended Shaw's existing 12 month suspended sentence by six months instead of activating it.
For the new offence, he received an £80 fine and was ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
