Katie Sharp and Amber Lightfoot scored stoppage-time goals to put Wrexham AFC Women on the brink of the Genero Adran North title.

Rob tweeted afterwards: "What a weekend of football!!! Congrats

@WrexhamAFCWomen on another amazing win!"

Wrexham AFC Women will become semi-pro and could be playing in the highest tier next season.

The decision to apply for the Tier 1 licence was made to ensure that if performances on the pitch make the club eligible for a place in the FAW Women’s Premier League, they are eligible to join the top-flight.
