House prices in Flintshire have gone up by an average of over £200 in the month of November, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in November 2022 average house prices in Flintshire reached £220,059.

This was up from £219,761 in October, representing a 0.1 per cent increase. In the last 12 months it has risen by 11.3 per cent.

Despite the rise in prices this month, Flintshire is still below the UK average with typical property value in the nations reaching £294,910 in November.

In cash terms, the average house price in November was £27,540 higher than a year earlier with house price growth accelerating to 10.3 per cent in November 2022. Prices were down by -0.3 per cent month on month.
