TWO MEN involved in a Wrexham drugs conspiracy have been ordered to repay just £1 each by the court.
Craig Roberts, 40, of Bryn Gwyn in Coedpoeth and Paul Wilbraham, 52, of Blantern Way in Wrexham appeared at Caernarfon Crown Court for a Proceeds of Crime hearing on Thursday, January 19.
They had both previously been convicted of conspiring to supply controlled Class A drugs and were jailed with nine other defendants last May for a total of 76 years - Wilbraham for six-and-a-half years, while Roberts was jailed for five.
Today, Judge Niclas Parry told the court how much the pair had benefitted from during the POCA hearing.

Wilbraham had benefited from £1,364.27 and Roberts had benefited from £908.13.
However, neither had any sum of money available to be able to re-pay the benefit, the court was told.
As a result, Judge Parry issued a nominal order of £1 for both defendants and made that order.
