Oh no they haven't... oh yes they have! The cast and creative teams of Theatr Clwyd's panto have arrived.

They are ready to start rehearsals for this year's Rock 'n' Roll Panto, Robin Hood, written by panto legend Christian Patterson.

The team is back with a bang, promising more laughter and rock and roll than ever before. Directing the panto again this year is Theatr Clwyd's very own artistic director, Tamara Harvey.

Leading the acting company are Wales' 'saxiest' panto dame Phylip Harries as Lady Myfanwy of Mold, and Daniel Lloyd as Little John. Also returning will be Alice McKenna as Scarlett, Ben Locke as the Sheriff, Lynwen Haf Roberts as Friar Tuck and Chioma Uma as Jolly Goodfellow.

New faces joining the team in Mold this year include Connor Going (The Wind In The Willows, Pitlochry Festival Theatre) as Robin Hood, Caitlin Lavagna (Operation Julie, Theatr na nÔg) as Snot, Joe Butcher (Million Dollar Quartet, Barn Theatre) as Clod/Gruffydd Llywelyn and Celia Cruwys-Finnigan (The Brothers Grimm Presents: Cinderella, Barn Theatre) playing Maid Marion.

Theatr Clwyd is one of only four theatres in the UK to build sets and props, make costumes and paint scenery in-house and this production will be no different.

The creative team for this production includes costume and set designer Adrian Gee, choreographer Annie-Lunnette Deakin-Foster, lighting designer Johanna Town, sound designer Matthew Williams, musical director Akintayo Akinbode, fight director Kaitlin Howard, casting firector Kay Magson CDG, assistant director Juliette Manon and associate lighting designer Edward Saunders.
