One resident said: "I came out of my house last week at lunch time to walk my dog and there were two boys not more than 12 years old both in tracksuits, no sign of a school uniform. The language from them and the things they were saying was shocking and I'm thinking to myself, why aren't you in school?"

Another resident said: "It is absolutely disgraceful, I would like to think their parents are ashamed, but the fact they don't care a single bit just adds to the problem."

Another reflected that a lack of facilities could be the problem: "Sounds like there needs to be a community centre where kids can go learn things... maybe boxing or music or art... some form of outlet."
