A FREE networking event is coming to Xplore! Science and Discovery Centre.
The Break the Mould project will take place on Thursday, September 1, and aims to support individuals and businesses.
It will focus on increasing self-awareness and effectiveness through exploring strengths psychology, neurodiversity, creative coaching and research-based mind-set approaches and strategies.
The Breaking the Mould ‘immersion days’ are great for anyone but especially business owners, managers and leaders.
The project is put together by rapid transformational therapist, coach, and speaker, Cat Williams from Holt.

Cat said: “I knew Xplore! Would be the perfect venue for this exciting project. A science centre is all about considering what is possible and thinking differently and creatively, which is the perfect approach for growing and developing as a person and as a leader.”
“I hope it will achieve a mind-set shift and help people to see the potential that lies within them that they make not have recognised before or known how to harness it.
Cat, a former pupil at Darland School Rossett and Yale College Wrexham before graduating in Physiotherapy from Kings College London has a wealth of experience in public speaking and encouraging people to become the best version of themselves.
Attendees are free to turn up to the launch event without the need to pre-book.
