AN "ANTI-SOCIAL driver" was stopped twice in three minutes by police in Wrexham.
North Wales Police's Roads Unit said that whilst on patrol in a Wrexham retail park on Monday night, officers observed this car driving in a "careless and anti-social manner".
The driver was therefore issued with a Section 59 warning notice.

Having been warned and issued with the paperwork, they then drove off into Wrexham.
Within three minutes the same driver was seen again by officers in Wrexham City centre driving in the same manner and the car was seized.
