A PLANNING application to turn a masonic hall into a HMO is amongst the latest submitted to Flintshire Council. 

The proposal would see the Masonic Hall on Hibberts Corner on Bistre Avenue in Buckley turned into four self-contained two-bedroom flats, including all alteration works. 

It would house approximately 10 to 12 occupants.

As the application has only just been submitted, no further details are currently available.

  • Refusal of plans for demolition of existing bungalow to be replaced with new dwelling at Oakdene, Buxton Lane, Pentre Halkyn.
