A FORMER bank could be turned into a mixture of apartments and a retail/office unit.
A planning application has been submitted to turn the former HSBC building at 17, High Street in Holywell into six self-contained apartments and a retail/office unit on the ground floor.
As the application has only just gone in, no further details on it are available.
Other notable recent planning applications and decisions made by Flintshire Council are as follows:
- Change of use of land at Leonas Cottage, on Station Road, Sandycroft to comprise traveller caravan site, including two pitches, retention of front wall and gates and erection of 2m fence along north east boundary.
