Reds' co-chairmen Ryan Reynolds and Wrexham-bound Will Ferrell were at the Superbowl together last night.

Co-owner Ryan, who celebrated a year anniversary as Wrexham owner last week, shared a picture of him and Spirited co-star Ferrell at the Superbowl last night. With Ferrell donning a British Colombia Lions shirt - Ryan's favourite team.

Ryan captioned the picture: "Will keeps asking why there’s no fourth down".

Ferrell, famous for his roles in Elf, Anchorman and Step Brothers (to name a few) announced in January that he planned on visiting Wrexham this month.

During an episode of The Men in Blazers podcast, Ferrell discussed visiting the 'triple crown' of football grounds - Fulham, QPR and Wrexham.

Ferrell, who recently starred in 'Spirited' alongside Reds co-owner Ryan is a big football fan and even has ownership in Los Angeles Football Club.

Ryan and Rob McElhenney have previously joked that they would 'love' to have Ferrell at the Racecourse. Maybe Ryan was giving some tourist tips about the sights to see in Wrexham.

Phil Parkinson's men only have one home game left in the month of February - Aldershot on February 26. Perhaps their may be a Hollywood buzz at the Racecourse again soon.

Superbowl 56 took place at the SoFi Stadium in California, with the Los Angeles Rams beating the Cincinatti Bengals 23-20 to claim their second NFL title.
