Flintshire police are continuing to have issues with anti-social behaviour across the county as another warning is sent out.

There have been numerous reports of ASB across Flintshire during the past few months, with issues still ongoing.

Police have stated there has been an increase in reports in the Flint area, with CCTV footage currently being reviewed.

In a post on their community alerts page, North Wales Police said: "We are experiencing a significant increase in Anti Social Behaviour in the Matlin Lane and Feather Street, Flint during the evening. It has been reported that youths are banging and throwing stones at windows.

"We are in the process of reviewing CCTV within the area. Those youths identified will be visited and will be dealt with accordingly.

"Parents, do you know where your child is? Who are they spending time with and what are they are doing when they are not at home?

"Please report any Anti Social Behaviour incidents via our live chat service or by calling 101."

In contrast, issues of ASB in the Holywell area seems to be on the decline, thanks to a large police effort.

North Flintshire Police said: "As I'm sure you're all aware of the ASB issue in Holywell, well I'm happy to say is slowly starting to reduce due to the hard work of everyone involved.

"We are still having the odd incident being reported which is being dealt with accordingly but we urge parents to be conscious of what their children are up when they are out.

"We will continue to have a large police presence in Holywell for the foreseeable future."
