PLANS to turn an old abattoir building into a home are amongst the latest applications submitted to Flintshire Council.
The proposal would see the building, on Chester Road in Buckley, converted into a single home.
Other notable planning applications recently submitted to Flintshire Council are as follows:
- Plans for three-bedroom home at Westacres, Berthen Road, Lixwm, Holywell.
- Proposed rear extension along with conversion of garage, bay window to-front, internal alterations and erection of car port at 41, Bryn Awelon, Buckley.
- Partial change of use of garage to incorporate a dog grooming area at Rose Cottage, Ffordd Penrallt, Gwaenysgor. Will include a new boundary fence above existing stone wall.
- 10 proposed log cabin holiday units at Ynys Hir Farm, Picton Road, Picton, Holywell.
- Erection of a single residential dwelling at Hillbank, Ffordd Walwen, Lixwm, Holywell.
- Rear and side extension to existing property at Stile End, Chester Road, Penymynydd. Creating a family kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and family bathroom. Car parking space will be kept and proposed plan to build above.
- Proposed new dwelling at Bodrhyddan, Wrexham Road, Cefn-Y-Bedd.
- Retrospective application for a rear extension to the post office/convenience store at Village Road, Pentre Halkyn.
