Reading Well: Mental Health

The Reading Well for Mental Health collection of books provides helpful information and support for managing common mental health conditions, or dealing with difficult feelings and experiences. Some books also include personal stories from people who are living with or caring for someone with mental health needs. The books are chosen by health experts and people living with the condition covered. There are special collections in Wrexham, Brynteg and Rhos libraries but in the meantime visit www.reading-well.org.uk for more details.

Safana gan Jerry Hunter

Safana by Jerry Hunter

Safana by Jerry Hunter

Pan fu farw mam Grasi, cafodd y ferch fach o dras Affricanaidd ei chroesawu yng nghartref y Methodist George Whitfield ar gyrion Safana. Buan y gwelwyd ei bod hi'n rhyfeddol o alluog, a thyfodd i fod yn ferch ifanc ddewr, yn barod i wneud gwaith peryglus I wneud yn siwr fod Georgia'n parhau'n dir rhydd. Wrth i'r gefnogaeth i'r drefn gaeth gryfhau, rhaid iddi hi a phawb sy'n gwasanaethu cyngor cyfrinachol Safana fod yn barod i weithredu yn erbyn pobol fel Whitfield ei hun er mwyn rhywystro bwystfil caethwasiaeth.
