The owner of an independent beauty business has been shortlisted for an industry award.
Holly Gooding, owner of The Butterfly Effect, in Mold, is a finalist in the Best Eyelash Stylist category, in the UK Hair & Beauty Awards 2022.
Businesswoman Holly prides herself on providing customers with first-class service, and is proud to have made the shortlist.
She said: "We got through the pandemic, it's starting to get really busy again.
“Customer service is always my number one priority, so it was really good to get on the shortlist.
"It's nice after not being able to do it for so long, and getting back into it, so having something like that is quite exciting."
Holly, who has been in business about two years, will find out at an awards event in March 2022 if she is a winner.
The UK Hair and Beauty Awards celebrate the industry in an aim to support businesses, both large and small, and expose all candidates to new opportunities via social media, no matter the financial and social status.
After a long year of struggle and strife for so many UK-based hair and beauty industry professionals, these awards are breaking down barriers, helping contestants build followings and recognition - even if they don’t win.
