A WOMAN is hoping to be mortgage free by converting a double decker bus into her dream home in time for the New Year– after funding the project selling sexy photos on OnlyFans.

As reported last week, Hayley Rowson snapped up the iconic London bus for £3,250 in April and has spent a further £4,000 on renovations.

Delivery driver Hayley Rowson, 28, bought the bus in April 2021 and is devoting all her free time to make it a comfortable, drivable home.

The 28-year-old says she has earned £13,000 this year uploading saucy pictures and videos to the OnlyFans website.

The delivery driver was so successful she has managed to reduce her hours and pay for the work needed to convert the bus.

Former Coleg Cambia - Northop student Hayley has used the money to buy solar panels, insulation boards and a boiler for the bus which is parked on a friend’s plot of land in Abergele.

The double decker is also equipped with WiFi, TV, a Ring doorbell, a bath, shower and king size bed.

She aims to complete the project by Christmas and travel in the New Year with her seven-month-old Samoyed dog Eric and three cats.

Hayley said: “I am really starting to see changes with the plumbing and the electrics getting done.

“I’m putting in an eco-friendly log burner next week and have the boiler and diesel heater if I want to stop and connect to mains somewhere, so I have got a few options.

“I can connect to the water mains but putting in a water tank is not really in my plans.

“With all the wood on the panels it’s got a really rustic vibe and feels cosy.

“I’m looking at making my own blinds which should help keep the heat in, there are so many windows.”

Hayley was inspired by examples on TikTok and bought it off a company that repurposes old London buses.

She added: “I just went ahead with it.

“There are some days I think ‘what have I got myself into?’ but once you’ve got a place to store it, it’s fine.”

Hayley says converting the bus has worked out far cheaper than buying a house.

She added: “Apart from the solar panels which cost £2,000 with the batteries and labour, I haven’t spent a lot.

“Wood is really expensive but my dad has helped my giving me stuff he had lying around.

“It’s a case of looking around and seeing what you can find.

“Obviously you get to the point you just need to get the job done, so try to plan ahead.”

Hayley has funded the work through delivery driving and subscriptions to her OnlyFans platform.

She said: “It has been pretty equal.

“The OnlyFans has helped me a hell of a lot more because I can do it whenever I want and earn double compared to doing one job.

“I wouldn’t have been able to do it without OnlyFans. I’d say I’ve earned £13,000 this year.

“I’ve been lucky because everyone I’ve got as a subscriber is really lovely.

“I’m updating quite a lot, twice a day, so no one really has to ask for anything.

“It’s all there readily available, so I don’t have to have weird or awkward conversations.

“It’s all quite pain-free for me.

“It’s mainly pictures and the odd video here and there, whatever I feel like doing.

“Quite a lot of them are fancy dress or in lingerie and there are a few nude images.

“Especially with Halloween quite a lot of it has been fancy dress, people are into costumes and role play I suppose.

She said: “I’ll live their mostly on my own.

“I think it is nice for couples to have that balance and each other’s own personalities and hobbies.

“If you spend all your time together it can be too much.

“I always go on about how people should follow their dreams.

“There is more than one way to earn a living, everyone shouldn’t have to live the same way as everyone else.

“You shouldn’t have to go out get married and get a mortgage.

“You can do what makes you happy.”
