CAROL Voderman is "living her best life" in Wales.

The former Countdown presenter and best-selling author posted more photos from her getaway in Pembrokeshire on Instagram.

Carol, who was brought up in Rhyl and Prestatyn, has 132,000 followers on the social media platform.

In her latest photos, she is enjoying paddle boarding.

She said that a seal followed her for more than a mile before she enjoyed a cooked breakfast on the beach.

She posted: "Lovely morning #paddleboarding......and a seal kept bobbing up and followed us for a mile or more...bacon and egg freshly cooked on the beach and chilling out....so happy.

Fans have been living for her posts about her adventure holiday on the west coast of Wales.

And even celebrities have complemented her on her lifestyle.

Comedian and TV host Alan Carr said: "I love that you’re living your best life."

Many followers said the photos had made their day, adding that Carol looked "beautiful" and "hot".

Born in Bedford, Bedfordshire, Carol's mum brought the family back to home town of Prestatyn.

She attended Blessed Edward Jones Catholic High School in Rhyl before studying engineering at Cambridge.

After leaving Countdown in 2008, the 60-year-old has remained a regular on our screens, appearing on Strictly, I'm a Celebrity, and Loose Women.
