We need your help!

Since the coronavirus pandemic began in March 2020, Wrexham Library Service has had to change how it delivers outreach library services to rural communities, where residents have little or limited access to a branch library and or public transport. In autumn 2020 Wrexham Public Library Service safely unlocked and gradually introduced a four-week Outreach Library Service in partnership with some of our local communities, where by residents and library customers can order, collect and return library items. Priority for the Outreach Library Service has been given to local communities who have no branch library, and little or limited regular public transport. It is envisage that as this service expands, it will engage with all community councils, community agents and others.

The big challenge we have is to reach more residents with Wrexham Library Outreach Service. We want your thoughts on how your Outreach Library Service will reach you in the future. To help us do this please visit this link www.wrexham.gov.uk/libraryreview and complete our survey. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. We would like to thank you in advance for your time.

Eigra, Hogan fach o’r Blaena gan Eigra Lewis Roberts

Eigra, Hogan fach o’r Blaena by Eigra Lewis Roberts

Eigra, Hogan fach o’r Blaena by Eigra Lewis Roberts

Hunangofiant un o’n prif awduron. Awdures troethiog yw Eigra Lewis Roberts. Mae wedi cyfoethogi ein bywydau diwyllianol ni dros y blynyddoedd, gan greu nofelau a straeon arbennig a chyfres teledu fel “Minafon” sy’n parhau I aros yn y cof. Merch o’r Blaenau yw hi ac mae’r gyfrol hon yn dangos maint dylanwad yr ardal honno arni. Llyfrau hi yw’r cerrig milltir sy’n ein tywys ninnau ar y daith.
