A HOUSE fire in Llangollen was caused by an electrical fault in a kitchen, it has been confirmed.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service confirmed just before 8am on Monday that three crews were on their way to a property on the A5 in Berwyn.
At the scene firefighters used a hose reel jet, breathing apparatus, a covering jet and a thermal imaging camera.
The incident, caused by an electrical fault, originated in a kitchen and resulted in "a lot of damage to the property," a spokesman said.
Nobody was injured.
