A SET of shops in Connah’s Quay will be going to auction later this month.
A listing has appeared for the set of shops on 69-93 High Street in the town centre on auction website Allsop.
The agents state that the successful buyer will scoop up a total of 14 shops and nine flats in the retail area.
It adds that there is Potential to create further first floor residential accommodation, subject to planning consent.
Bidders can put forward their offers at the virtual auction on July 20 for the strip of storefronts that currently includes long-standing tenants like Tesco and Ladbrokes.
The shops also benefit from having Connah’s Quay Community Centre and The Quay Health Centre immediately behind the property section.
A figure of £1.85m has been listed as the guide price for when the plot goes under the hammer later this month.
