WELSH Government have announced a press conference will be held tomorrow, Monday,
Newly appointed health minister Eluned Morgan MS will be flanked by Wales’ chief medical officer, Dr Frank Atherton at lunchtime for a national update on the coronavirus situation facing Wales at present.
A spokesman posted to social media on Sunday evening, stating: “From tomorrow, we'll be holding a press conference every Monday.
"Our coronavirus press conferences will take place every three weeks on a Friday.”
They go on to invite the nation to tune in at 12:15pm to hear what the minister has to say.
It was confirmed that the next three-week coronavirus briefing, held with First Minister Mark Drakeford MS, will be on Friday, June 4.
The conference will be streamed on official Welsh Government social media channels including Facebook and Twitter.
The Leader will also report on the outcome of the conference.
