VISITORS to Wepre park have been asked to park considerately following issues in the surrounding community.
Flintshire North Inspector Stephen Roberts said his officers have been made aware of concerns over people parking in an "anti-social" manner in residential areas near the park.
He said: "I think this emanates originally from when the park was closed to vehicles during lockdown.
"Vehicles would park on the road, which was dangerous, so cones were put there to stop them. "People then started parking in nearby residential streets.
"While appreciating that these are part of the public highway, with no double yellow lines or restrictions, I'd emphasise the need to park with respect.
"We are looking at this but we'd ask people to be considerate of local residents."
