A MAN is to be sentenced after he admitted a class A drugs offence in Flintshire.
Shaun James Burgess, of Dennett Road in Prescot, appeared at Mold Crown Court on Friday morning.
The 28-year-old admitted that on May 10 last year in Caerwys, he had in his possession 112.2 grams of cocaine with intent to supply it to another.
He was bailed to return to court for sentence on May 28.
Judge Rhys Rowlands told him: "You pleaded guilty today and that is important. "It's an extremely serious offence and custody is seemingly inevitable here."
The Judge ordered the production of a pre-sentence report.
