CONNAH'S Quay residents are being invited to share their "gripes" with police.
The Leader reported recently how the North Flintshire police team completed "grab a gripe" days in several communities in order to find out the top three concerns of residents.
A spokesman for the team confirmed that the scheme will be taking place again on Thursday (May 6), adding: "The Neighbourhood Policing Team will be out on foot patrol in Connah's Quay today for our 'grab a gripe' day.
"A chance for residents to speak with the police and raise any issues they have with the area.
"Come over and say hello if you see us."
Explaining the scheme previously, Inspector Stephen Roberts said: "At the end of the day and after we have spoken to as many people as possible we will pick the top three issues.
"We will act as the managing body to make sure we push to get something done if it's not a police matter - for example, if it's something for the council."
