PROPOSALS to temporarily use a site in Bradley as an estate agency have been submitted.
A planning application received by Wrexham Council seeks permission for the change of use, at a commercial garage in Glanllyn Road.
The document explains the site is currently used for car sales and the change of use would be for a period of three years.
