A CONNAH’S Quay man has been fined and banned after he admitted drug driving.
Joshua Stuart Baird, of Oak Close, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Baird, 21, admitted that on October 11 in First Avenue, Flint, he drove a motor vehicle when the proportion of ketamine in his blood exceeded the specified limit.
He was found to have 174 microgrammes of the substance in his blood. The limit is 20.
Baird was fined £319 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, as well as £85 costs.
He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
