AN APPEAL has been launched after a crash closed part of the A55 this afternoon.
Traffic Wales warned of congestion as lane one and two were closed on the A55 Rhuallt travelling Eastbound due to a collision.
One person has been taken to hospital.
A spokesman for North Wales Police said: "We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or who has dashcam footage to contact us via 101 or live chat quoting ref Z053540."
The road has since re-opened.
