A DOWNED telephone line has caused traffic problems in Flint town centre.
North Wales Police are on the scene at present - around 3.30pm - dealing with the situation.
An update was posted on their local unit's social media page alerting residents of the incident.
A spokesman said: "People of Flint, please avoid Chapel Street and Duke Street.
"We have a telephone wire down which is blocking the road. Officers at scene!"
