A WARNING has been issued over doorstep crime after an elderly man in Wrexham was targeted.
At teatime on December 15, a man knocked on the door of an 83-year-old's home claiming to be from the water board.
He then stole £70 from the victim at Clarence Road.
Officers of the Community Eastern Safety team are urging residents to remain vigilant.
