A WREXHAM councillor is urging residents to dispose of their waste correctly instead of resorting to fly-tipping.
Marc Jones, who represents part of Rhosddu, took to social media earlier to highlight the issue of fly-tipping in the area after witnessing two bags of rubbish being dumped next to a public bin located on Stansty Road.
He posted: "The person who dumped their rubbish here could be prosecuted and fined £400 for fly-tipping, especially as they were daft enough to leave details of their name and address.
