PRIVATE tenants in Wrexham are being urged to participate in a Coronavirus related questionnaire.

According to Wrexham Council, nearly one in five households live in a privately let home, with North Wales Local Authorities now consulting with private tenants to see how they are dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic.

A spokesperson for the council, said: “Many employees live in privately rented accommodation and we would like to invite you have your say and share your experiences of how Covid-19 may have impacted your tenancy.

“What you tell us will help shape our services at this time and in 2021.

“We would also ask services who work with private tenants to help spread the word about the survey and encourage people to take part.”

The questionnaire is being hosted by the tenant participation service, TPAS Cymru, which organises the ‘Tenant Pulse,’ that gives private tenants the opportunity to provide feedback and share their experiences.

Tenant Pulse members have the chance to win high street vouchers, as well as their voice being heard by Local Authorities, the Welsh Government and Landlord Organisations.

Everyone answering the questionnaire will be invited to sign up to Tenant Pulse.

You have until December 30 to have your say.
