A BUCKLEY resident has created a large Christmas display to raise funds for a children's ward.
Michelle Rowlands, of Pren Hill, has created the festive light display outside her property, with the aim of raising money to contribute to the Wrexham Maelor Children's Ward appeal to provide a gift to every patient who will be staying there over Christmas.
She said: "The display is for such a great cause - the children deserve a bit of joy especially at Christmas time.
"Any donations will be gratefully received, regardless of the amount.
"It will be nice to see the whole of Wrexham and Flintshire get behind this fundraiser to show the children that they are thought of."
The lights are on everyday from 5pm until 10pm, and will be on display until the New Year.
