POLICE have recovered a ‘large quantity’ of nitrous oxide canisters in Wrexham.
A spokesman for the Wrexham Town policing team took to social media to report the find.
They said: “Large quantity of nitrous oxide canisters have been cleared by officers from Court Road. We will be increasing patrols in the area.”
Whilst unspecified in the police post, their accompanying image shows about a dozen canisters contained in a plastic bag.
Late last night, November 6, officers in the Wrexham Rural area also made a bust and were able to seize a quantity of similar canisters - commonly known as laughing gas - along with a mobile phone and cash.
