CONCERNS have been raised of cars travelling the wrong way in Wrexham.
The Junction from High Street in Johnstown, along Merlin Street to Offa Street, is a one way system and has a legal order on it.
Cllr David Bithell, deputy leader of Wrexham Council and lead member for environment and transport councillor for Johnstown, stated that he has received a few calls from disgruntled residents regarding motorists abusing the one way system and using it as a short cut.
He said: "The one way system has been in place now for a while and there is no excuses for people ignoring the signage.
"I have asked the North Wales Police and the enforcement team at the council to monitor the area."
