POLICE officers are warning motorists to slow down and protect their communities.
Officers of the Wrexham Rural policing team were conducting speed checks on Wednesday at Plas Bennion Road, Afoneotha Road, Hall Street and High Street.
A spokesman confirmed letters will be sent to those over the speed limit.
They added: "Slow Down, stay safe, protect your community."
