THE THEFT of chickens from the same local property for the second time in five weeks has sparked a police investigation.
North Wales Police's Community Safety East team said the theft of the chickens took place at an address on Hope Mountain in Caergwrle overnight on Tuesday, as well as five weeks ago.
A spokesperson for the team said: "Beware, thieves are about and will steal anything and everything that you own. Secure your property."
