A WREXHAM man who stole from the same store twice in one month has been fined.
Dafydd James Hughes, 27, of Pen y Bryn, pleaded guilty at Mold Magistrates Court to the theft of food from Spar on Rhosddu Road.
On May 4 and on May 12, Hughes stole food items from the shop of an unknown value.
He was fined £25 for each offence along with £3 compensation for each offence. He was also ordered to pay a surcharge of £32 and costs of £85 bringing his total to £173.
