A POPULAR Flintshire festival has been postponed until 2021, its organisers have confirmed.

Organisers of The Good Life Experience, which takes place on the Gladstone Estate in Hawarden, said it has been postponed until April-May 2021.

It was due to take place between September 10 to 13, but following government coronavirus updates on Sunday and Monday the decision has been made to postpone this year's event.

Brainchild of Cerys Matthews MBE, The Good Life Experience attracts thousands of visitors every year and sees a host of entertainers, artists and thinkers to the Hawarden Estate to share their knowledge, skills or performance.

A statement on the festival's website said: "Our new dates are April 29 to May 2 2021. That’s the weekend of the early May bank holiday.

"Trust us when we say that we’ll put this extra time to good use. We promise to deliver a long weekend worthy of celebration.

"The line-up will still feature many of the same names, but of course there will be some changes. It will be a knock-out few days, bathed in Spring sunshine, with food, craft, music and talks in the same beautiful location. You’re going to love it."
