THE world may have changed, but speed limits remain the same, officers have said.
GoSafe Cymru, a road casualty reduction partnership, confirmed they recorded a motorist travelling at 91mph in a 70mph zone on the A483 in Wrexham yesterday.
A spokesman said: "The roads may be quieter, the world may have changed, but the speed limits are the same! Keep our roads safe, slow down & help reduce the pressure on the NHS."
