DOZENS of people were brought together at Flintshire's community Come Dine With Me event.

Outside Lives, a not-for-profit which focuses on connecting communities across Flintshire, Denbighshire and Wrexham hosted their first Come Dine With Me event on February 13.

Funded by the Food for Life initiative, the idea behind the event is that anyone who wants to attend just brings a couple of things with them; a plate of food to share and a willingness to chat.

Over 60 people attended the 'Come Dine With Me' event at Mold Rugby Club.

The Leader:

A spokesman for the event said: "The evening buzzed with conversation as people from all walks of life came together to share some delicious food. The night was a tremendous success with people keen to find out about the next event.

"The next 'Come Dine With Me' event will be held on the March 21. For all the up to date information about this event (and the wide variety of other events being hosted by Outside Lives) see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Outside-Lives-LTD-2026660924309525/"
