FLINT’S Coastguard team have responded to their first callout of the new decade.
Officers from the Flint-based Coastguard Rescue Team were called out shortly after 11am this morning, Saturday, to assist North Wales Police with an incident in Shotton.
A spokesman for the team confirmed that “en-route a stand down message was received as the incident had concluded safely” and the team returned to base.
